1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Coral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our data collection, processing, and privacy practices described herein.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Coral after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the Service
2.1 Overview.
Coral is designed to provide real-time analysis and feedback on your conversational behavior. Whether used in digital or in-person settings, Coral helps you understand your communication style by processing voice data and delivering actionable insights.
2.2 Versions.
Digital Version: When activated, the digital version records audio through your device's microphone. For proper functioning, it is essential that you configure your microphone so that only your voice is captured.
In-Person Version: In in-person mode, Coral uses voice classification technology to ensure that only your voice is detected and analyzed—preserving your privacy by excluding background voices and ambient sounds.
2.3 Service Tiers.
Free Version: Offers basic conversation insights and features at no cost.
Premium Version: Provides advanced analytics and additional features. Premium pricing and terms will be provided upon inquiry with our sales team.
3. User Control, Activation, and Updates
You have full control over when Coral is active. The Service collects data only when you manually enable it. You may disable the Service at any time to stop data collection.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device's microphone is configured to capture only your own voice. Coral does not control external audio inputs, so you must verify your setup accordingly.
Maintaining an up-to-date version of Coral is your responsibility. You understand that deprecated versions may not work properly. We will communicate available updates via the email address provided during sign-up, and you agree to update the app promptly to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
4. Data Collection, Analysis, Retention, and Privacy
4.1 Data Capture and Purpose.
Digital Mode: When activated, Coral records audio via your device's microphone solely for the purpose of generating real-time conversational analysis.
In-Person Mode: Coral detects and processes only your voice using voice classification technology, ensuring that no other voices or ambient sounds are captured.
4.2 Processing and Analysis.
All audio data is processed in real time to provide you with insights such as talk time tracking, behavioral patterns, and progress metrics.
4.3 No Permanent Storage.
No full transcripts or raw audio recordings are permanently stored. Once the analysis is complete, all session data is automatically erased.
4.4 Aggregated and Anonymized Data.
While individual session data is not retained, we may store aggregated and anonymized data solely for the purpose of improving our Service. This aggregated data cannot be used to identify you personally. Nonetheless, recordings are never stored, not even in aggregated format.
4.5 Privacy Commitment.
Your privacy is paramount. Coral captures only the voice data necessary for analysis and only shares your data with necessary third parties for transcription and insights. By using Coral, you consent to the collection, processing, and temporary use of your voice data strictly as described in these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Free Service.
The basic features of Coral are offered free of charge. Access to the free version is subject to these Terms and any limitations set by the Company.
5.2 Premium Service.
Advanced features are available through Coral's Premium subscription. Pricing, terms, and conditions for the Premium version will be provided upon inquiry. Payment for Premium services must be completed in advance, and any modifications to pricing will be communicated accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership.
All content, software, and technology associated with Coral are the exclusive property of Coral or its licensors.
6.2 License.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use Coral for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
6.3 Restrictions.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of Coral without explicit written permission from the Company.
7. Disclaimer, Limitations, and Indemnification
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties.
Coral is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis will meet your expectations. The insights provided by Coral are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
7.2 Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Coral.
7.3 Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coral, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Coral or any violation of these Terms.

You may discontinue using Coral at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Coral if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm the Service or our reputation.
